I’m a Somatic Mentor, Fractional COO, and scaling strategist for female founders who are already making money — but feel friction in their team and operations that’s quietly capping their growth.
Since 2020, I’ve worked behind the scenes with multi–six and seven-figure companies, building the systems, team structures, and operational foundations that allow businesses to scale without the CEO becoming the bottleneck.
