Meet Amelia Hoge - Founder of Scaling Queen
I’m a Somatic Mentor, Fractional COO, and scaling strategist for female founders who are already making money — but feel friction in their team and operations that’s quietly capping their growth.
Since 2020, I’ve worked with multi–six and seven-figure companies, building the systems, team structures, and operational foundations that allow businesses to scale without the CEO becoming the bottleneck. I've also scaled my own business to nearly half a million in 3 years with the exact strategies I teach my clients.
My work focuses on three core areas:
1. Scalable backend systems that don’t need to be rebuilt every quarter
2. Dream team design where people own outcomes and support real growth, not just maintenance
3. Leadership and nervous system capacity for scaling, so expansion doesn’t create chaos or burnout. I am somatically trained and weave this into the foundations of my work.
