What exactly does a Scaling Partner do?

A Scaling Partner is trained to manage and own the operational backend of your business. This includes project management and launch coordination, systems and workflow buildouts, email marketing and automations, client onboarding and offboarding, team coordination, SOP creation, funnel management, sales support and lead tracking, KPI tracking and reporting, and CRM setup. But here's the difference — she's not just doing these tasks. She understands how each one connects to your revenue and your growth. She's not checking boxes. She's building the infrastructure that actually scales your business.

How is this different from a traditional VA or OBM agency?

Traditional agencies match you with someone based on a resume and availability. Then they disappear - you're a number in their system. Scaling Queen is the opposite of that. I personally train every Scaling Partner in my methodology, built from my experience as a fractional COO who has scaled dozens of six and seven-figure companies. Great! We'll talk through this on our call. It's more common for Founders to add a Scaling Partner alongside their existing team. I'll help you figure out the best structure for your team.

What should I expect to invest in a Scaling Partner?

A Scaling Partner is a highly trained operational right hand — think of it as a hybrid between an executive assistant, an OBM, and a fractional COO. They are managing your operations, building your systems, thinking strategically alongside you, and driving revenue through your backend. That level of support reflects a higher investment than a traditional hire — and it should, because this person is designed to make you more money, not just cost you money.

Our partnerships start at $2,500 per month and scale up based on the level of support your business needs. Most founders start at our Starter tier and grow from there as the business scales, which is exactly how it's designed. We'll walk through which tier makes the most sense for you on our call.

What does the matching and onboarding timeline look like?

Once your deposit is placed, you'll be onboarded and we'll hop on a matching call so I can get a deep understanding of your business and find your perfect match. From there, matching begins within 1-2 weeks, and your Scaling Partner is placed and ready to start within 4 weeks.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes! It's 3 months. Building a real partnership takes time, and I want to set you and your Scaling Partner up for long-term success. After that your agreement is month-to-month.
